It appears that once u download app u need a username and password

You need a membership...

just downloaded and cant figure out how to create an account or access app. no instructions available.

No information to open an account.

After downloading it opens to a sign in page which you cannot access because it gives you no option to set up account.

There is no option to setup an account to sign in.

So I did some searching online to visit the app creator and you must buy a $50 login account to use the app. $80 for a book and app...

Downloaded and opened. Asked for a login. Never provided a way to SET UP an account. Went to web page. Same story. Sheesh.

Very disappointed. Even bought the book. Asking that the app be configured for earlier devices than IOS 6 please!

I have no way of setting up a email and password to even log in. Did anyone think this through? Wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money. Very disappointed :(

No way to use app. They ask for a username and password, but there is no way to register one. I would like my money back or the ability to use the app

You have to go to the website, pay $14.95, and set up your account to use app. This information would be helpful to know prior to downloading the app. I rated based on this lack of information since I did not join and thus was never able to use the app.

After purchasing this app, the only thing you receive is a log in page for which you have no sign in information!

It really sounds good until you open it and it wants you to log in. There is no way to start an account. Boooooo

This has amazing info from Dr Penoel and other oil experts. This new version doesnt have any login issues like previously reviewed. I love the content and love having it all in the palm of my hand!

This is way better than the old version. Dont have to create an account. I can just start using it and get some great information on oils and other helpful information on oils. Great job!

This app is so easy to use and contains A TON of information regarding the history and use of essential oils. I especially love how easy it is to search for what Im looking for. Cant wait to share it with my friends!

The education sections are a little long for an app, but the searchable info by condition and by oil are amazing. Even better that its for all oils not one specific company. Cool!
